Standards compliance
This site was developed in line with the priority levels 1 & 2 (WCAG 1 – Double A) of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines, part of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
MidBritain web content publishers will strive to maintain these standards employing best practice techniques where certain Priority 1/2 checkpoints have become outdated.
The WCAG 1.0 explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly for all people.
This section outlines some of the accessibility features that we have provided for our website users and guidance on how to use them. Please refer to your web browser and operating system 'Help' for their additional accessibility features.
